You must be 18 years or older to use bakbak. By using the platform, you declare that you meet this requirement. bakbak is not intended for minors.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use bakbak to:

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
Use hate speech or discriminatory language
Share sexual content or engage in sexual solicitation
Conduct any illegal activity
Share personal information about yourself or others (name, phone number, address, etc.)
Impersonate any person or entity

3. Call recording

Calls on bakbak may be recorded and may be processed by automated systems for safety and moderation purposes. By using bakbak, you consent to this recording. Recordings are deleted after 3 months.

4. Moderation and bans

bakbak reserves the right to restrict access for users who violate these terms. Enforcement may include temporary or permanent restrictions. Because bakbak operates anonymously, enforcement is based on session identifiers and technical signals, not personal identity.

5. No guarantee of service

bakbak is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, match quality, call quality, or that the service will be free from errors. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

bakbak is a platform that connects strangers for spontaneous conversations. We are not responsible for anything said by other users during calls. Your use of bakbak is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of bakbak after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
